Regardless of what kind of SBA activity is most important to you, it is easy to monitor all SBA loan activity with SBADNA Intel Dashboards.
The DashView Dashboards are the best to use for keeping your finger on the pulse of SBA lending activity.
All of our dashboards, including DashViews, are updated quarterly.
It is easy to set up your dashboard filters and then save your most common filters as a custom View or even set them as your default View for that specific dashboard.
It’s important to remember that all Dashboard filters are interconnected and interactive, so layering multiple filters will narrow down your display results. Let’s take a look at the some of the DashViews below:

Take a look at the examples below and note how the results narrow when adding a State filter in addition to a Loan Amount Tier during a single calendar Quarter. What started off as 2,200 loans nationally was trimmed down to specific stats on 118 loans in Georgia.

In this continued example of the Activity Dashview, we focus on Franchise loans only. Both of the following examples feature Project State Georgia during Q3 2022, but adding a Loan Amount Tier further narrows the results. What started off as 87 franchise loans in GA was trimmed down to 32 loans over $1M.

INDUSTRY
Exploring Industry data is another DashView feature. Starting with a wide angle of national intel of all industries in Q3 2022, we can layer any specific Sector. In this instance, Accommodation & Food Services. Though still a national overview, adding this Sector trimmed the results from 14,000 to 1,900 loans.

Further demonstrating the depth of insights, we can additionally layer a Project State and Project County into the filters bringing the total loan count to 85 and 32 respectively so lenders can see precisely how a Sector is performing during a certain Quarter in a specific County.

In our second-to-last DashView highlight, we turn to the Geography Category. Maintaining the Q3 2022 Accommodation & Food Services Sector, we’re able to change the Project State and filter a Project County to hone in on specific loan types. In this instance, displaying key details on the 211 and 52 loans respectively.

Franchises
The final DashView covers the Franchise Category. Repeating the Q3 2022 Accommodation & Food Services Sector just for comparison’s sake, we’re able to change the Project State to Texas to view their loan details there. Doing so produces insights into 628 franchise loans and 89 when filtered to Texas-only activity during this time period.

Continuing the Franchise DavshView with the Q3 2022 Accommodation & Food Services Sector we can edit the Project State to Texas to view their loan details in that State. By filtering the Project County, we’re left with 8 loans to explore. By removing the Sector filter, we move back up to 41 loans to explore during the same time period.
